Jan Hoeft Owner/ Sr. Designer Owner Jan Hoeft makes it a priority to be personally involved on every job, providing superior customer service. With more than 35 years experience, Jan guarantees satisfaction by paying strict attention to the details, all the way through to installation. Jan graduated from Harrington College of Design, is accredited by NCIDQ licensed by the state of Illinois, is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers, and is a Charter member and past president of the Huntley Area Chamber of Commerce. Jan is a Design Consultant to School District 158 and the Huntley Library.

Tim Hoeft Partner Tim was born and raised in the business. He has actively worked at Interior Motives for more than fifteen years. Tim installs window treatments, as well as custom cabinetry and he may be the one making a delivery to your home. In the winter you may find Tim in the showroom, where he is happy to assist and answer questions. He is really knowledgeable about the Hunter Douglas product.

Bill Hoeks Installer Bill has installed the custom window treatments for Interior Motives from the beginning, when we opened in 1977. Bill brings more than 40 years of experience and expertise, as well as being patient and efficient. to the most important phase of any job…..the installation.

Melissa Hoeft Office Manager Melissa joined the family and the firm five years ago.Melissa enjoys working with the various gift lines we carry as well as being our personalization specialist. She is the expert when it comes to our custom imprinting and the PSA stamps.
